International Children's Digital Library http://www.childrenslibrary.org.
A free site that offers digital books for children in a variety of languages

Tumble Books Library http://www.tumblebooks.com
A paid subscription site that offers over 200 digital books includes picture books and elementary fiction.

Scholastic BookFlix http://teacher.scholastic.com/products/bookflix
A paid subscription site that presents a picture book accompanied by a non-fiction book about an aspect of the picture book
